WORK HISTORY
Owned QA strategy and delivery for two production websites, manual and automated, end to end. Partnered with offshore engineers on sprints, staging, and AWS EC2 deployments, and shifted quality left alongside developers.
📋 eFile 1099 Forms Platform: Playwright UI & API Framework
Tested a React/Vite/TypeScript frontend for eFiling 1099 forms and a Node.js/Express/PostgreSQL REST API with JWT auth. Authored the Playwright framework covering both UI and API layers, cutting manual regression time by about 92% (from about 1 hour to 5 minutes). Integrated self-healing UI tests, API contract checks, and performance monitoring into Jenkins and AWS CI/CD, and built a Playwright tunnel that syncs data between both production sites.
Owned manual and automated front-end and back-end testing across six lead generation product lines, and coordinated weekly releases with Agile, SRE, and offshore teams (India, Colombia).
🤖 AI Chatbot Validation Framework (AWS Bedrock)
Architected a testing framework for an AI chatbot built on AWS Claude LLM, Bedrock Knowledge Base, and Bedrock Crawler. Created and executed test scenarios with percentage-based assertions to validate the accuracy of prompt responses in production.
🔧 Backend API Automation Framework (SuperTest/Jest)
Built the SuperTest/Jest back-end API framework that replaced Postman collections team-wide. API tests now live in the codebase next to the services they cover, which removed the manual export-and-sync step with source control. Suites are held to SonarQube quality gates and run in CI/CD.
🏗️ Lead-Gen Product Testing & Microservices Migration
Tested Auto Insurance, Mortgage, Solar, and Personal Loan products with TestCafe and Postman, and ran cross-browser and visual regression with Sauce Labs and Applitools in Jenkins. Partnered with developers on Spring/Hibernate unit tests and the monolith-to-microservices conversion, contributed to Terraform-built AWS CI/CD pipelines, and ran NeoLoad load tests.
Manual and automated smoke and regression testing with a Cucumber BDD framework (Java, Selenium, JUnit, Maven) run as Jenkins jobs. API and database testing with REST Assured, Postman, SQL, and Apache POI.
Manual and automated regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing in Chrome and Firefox. Designed a Selenium/Cucumber BDD framework in Java (Maven, Page Object Model) run through Jenkins, and tracked defects in Jira.
